Snuba Adventure in Maui A Memorable Experience! I was quite nervous about trying snuba, but thanks to Drew, the experience turned out to be the highlight of our Maui vacation! Drews calm and reassuring demeanor made me feel comfortable right from the start. While my husband ventured deeper, I felt secure staying closer to the surface, knowing Drew was there to guide me. Drews keen eye helped us spot incredible sea life that we would have completely missed on our ownmajestic sea turtles, fascinating octopuses, and even elusive eels. It was an amazing underwater adventure that blended exploration with the comfort of expert guidance. Thank you, Drew, for turning my nervousness into one of the most unforgettable parts of our trip!

Brian was our snuba guide and he was awesome! I had done it before and was pretty confident....he was extremely patient (and a great guide) as I defaulted to not remembering anything. The reef was beautiful, we saw many fish, a honu, an eel, crabs, it was fantastic. My husband says 10 out of 5 stars - he loved it.

From start to finish, the Snuba diving experience my wife and I had with Shoreline Snuba was amazing! Firstly, it was the only experience we could find in West Maui which launched from shore, gave private instruction, and was a specific Snuba experience, rather than launching production-line style from a crowded boat as an optional add-on. Our instructor, guide, and photographer, Brian, was fantastic. He was passionate in his craft, and full of experience and wisdom. Brians strong ethos of safety saw us feeling well-prepared for the Snuba experience long before we even touched the water. The dive itself was highly personalized based on our comfort level, and we came away with both some amazing photos and having experienced some of Mauis fantastic aquatic flora and fauna up close. Wed highly recommend Shoreline Snuba for anyone who is after a unique and private Snuba diving experience - thanks again!

Booked a private snuba dive for myself and my 10 year old son who had never really even snorkeled before. Start to finish it was a 5 star experience. He had great communication with booking and directions to the dive spot. Brian was super nice and reassuring to my nervous son with all the instructions and details before the dive. It was such a fun experience and a highlight of our trip. We dove a beautiful beach and saw lots of fish turtles, and really cool reef. I would 100% recommend to any experience level. Our experience with Shoreline Snuba and Brian was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Booking was a breezeclear instructions, great communication, and everything was handled efficiently, which immediately put us at ease. I was especially impressed with how smoothly the equipment orientation went. Brian made learning the SNUBA setup incredibly easy, even for first-timers like us. My wife was a little hesitant at firstunderstandably nervous about trying something newbut Brians calm, kind, and confident demeanor completely reassured her. His mix of laid-back friendliness and quiet authority made us feel safe and supported the whole time. Brian was also perfectly punctual and professional, yet approachable and relaxed. He struck that rare balance of being a great leader without ever making you feel rushed or pressured. You can tell he genuinely loves what he does and wants everyone to enjoy the experience. Once we got in the water, we were blown away. The visibility was stunning, and the coral, tropical fish, and especially the sea turtles made it unforgettable. Swimming alongside those turtles was the highlight of our tripsomething well never forget. Pro tip: Try to go on a day with low wind for the smoothest and most enjoyable experience. We had such a great SNUBA experience with Shoreline Snuba Maui and our guide, Drew. The instructions and safety information (on land) were very clear and easy to follow. We had a great time in the water with Drew. We saw SO many turtles, fish, and even an octopus! Drew was very quick to help when we needed it and was always checking in on us to make sure all was good. Drew was so kind, knowledgeable, helpful and passionate for Snuba and helping us experience the underwater world. We went into the water from the beach, which was amazing and made it easy to get used to the Snuba gear. We will definitely be doing this again on our next visit!

I am with a group of 17 teens and 3 adults and we had the experience of a lifetime with Drew and Brian! Both are consummate professionals and also just downright fun and kind, a beautiful combination when considering the myriad personalities of 17 teens 14-16. They are easy to reach and friendly. They gave a really solid safety briefing and all the kids (and adults) who were previously nervous no longer were and got excited instead. The water was perfect and some of our groups even saw a spotted eagle ray and honu! When I come back to Maui I will be sure to work with them again and tell all my friends about them. They are the best! The kids left the water saying it was one of the coolest things theyve ever done and more than a handful said they wanted to get scuba certified now! They also prep you with everything you need and offer the option of taking pictures while youre down.

So good we went with them twice in one week. Well over 30min underwater each time with Brian in two amazing spots. You get a private tour of some of the best places with as much instruction as you need. Photos aint bad either

My family had an awesome snuba experience with Brian! We loved the private tour- we were able to go at our familys pace- and with a 9 year with her first snuba experience, it was perfect! We saw so many fish! We even saw a sleeping turtle, an awake turtle, an octopus and an eel! Both kids (9 and 12) proclaimed the tour a highlight of our trip to Maui. And the adults loved it as well. We highly recommend Brian and shoreline snuba for an awesome family snuba adventure! He took underwater photos of us and the fish and even airdropped them to us at no extra cost- We would give an 11/10 rating if that was an option!

Did a shoreline SNUBA this past Sunday with Brian on the SouthSide of Maui and I can not recommend enough! My partner had never done SNUBA before so he was a little apprehensive but Brian was so thorough in answering all of his questions and super patient while he got comfortable in the water with the equipment. No marine life is ever guaranteed but these guys know the best spots we saw 3 turtles, an eel and more fish than I could count in our 30 mins. Having pics of the entire tour was an awesome bonus, we were just able to swim and enjoy while Brian snapped away for us and then loaded all the shots to my phone when we were done. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend!!!!! This private tour blows all the boat experiences I have done away!!!!

Our experience with Shoreline Snuba was absolutely incrediblehands down the most amazing adventure weve had on Maui! From start to finish, everything was professional, fun, and memorable. The guides were top-notchsuper knowledgeable, friendly, and made us feel completely comfortable, even those of us who were first-timers. We met Brian at the location he named. Brian was very thorough in going over the equipment and expectations. Because we were new to this he took great care in making sure we were comfortable with each step before moving to the next step. We got to see both male and female turtles and an eel close up. Brian took lots of pictures of us and what we seen. It was a memorable experience that we will never forget and would not hesitate to recommend Brian or Shoreline snuba.

What a fantastic trip! Brian was so nice and easy to deal with and actually called me to move locations for better conditions which was greatly appreciated! We had a group of 5, 3 of which had no experience at all. Brian was fantastic! He funny, focused on safety and absolutely patient with people who were less than confident about their ability to do this. He talked the people through how to become confident and in no time he had them 15 feet under and swimming along like they had done it before. Water visibility was excellent, we saw tons of fish and several turtles actually swam up to us. The photos he took were a great bonus! I highly recommend this trip to anyone from beginners to certified divers.

What an amazing experience! Brian was our guide did a wonderful job explaining everything. Im a little anxious in the water and he made sure I was comfortable and eased any worries I had. He spent time explaining everything from how the gear works to how the adventure would go. We couldnt have asked for better conditions and saw turtles, eels, and SO many fish! The best part is that its a private tour so he is there to make sure you have a great time. We did the big boat tour last time we were here and this is a way better experience! If we are able to squeeze in another SNUBA tour before our trip ends we definitely will. Thank you Brian for exceeding our expectations!

If you are on Maui and you love water I highly recommend Shoreline SNUBA. My kids are 8 and 10 years old; they have a hard time with snorkels because they don't know how to keep water out. I thought SNUBA would be a great option and I'm so glad we did it. The instructor, Brian, was so kind and patient with the kids. He held my sons hand in the water until he felt my son was ready to go on his own. We saw multiple sea turtles and so many fish. He took so many photos for us too, which makes these memories last. They do dives both on the Kihei and Kaanapali side. I cannot recommend this experience enough and the kids absolutely loved it. They were a little nervous about the idea, but ended up doing great. This was the highlight of our trip. My 8 year old son wrote about the experience and shared a picture for his "Star Student" project because he loved it so much.

We had our SNUBA session with Drew near Kaanapali Beach, and the experience was absolutely unforgettable! Not only did he make us feel completely at ease with a thorough briefing and training beforehand, but once we were underwater, he guided us based on our comfort and pace, making the whole adventure feel safe and magical. **Best SNUBA Experience Yet!** We SNUBA quite a bit, and Shoreline SNUBA Maui was hands down our best experience to date! From start to finish, everything was seamless. Booking was super easy, and the communication before the dive was excellentclear, timely, and helpful. Brian, our guide, was incredible. My husband is a certified scuba diver, while Im more of a novice when it comes to SNUBA, but Brian managed to tailor the experience so we both felt comfortable and had an amazing time. His calm, confident presence made everything feel safe, relaxed, and super fun. One of the things we *really* loved was entering the water from the beach. It was such a game changer compared to jumping off a boat (no Dramamine required!). The location was beautiful, and the personalized touch made it feel like more than just a standard tour. We had a great dive with Shoreline. We were snorkeling on our vacation and saw a group doing SNUBA with Shoreline. So we made an impromptu decision to try and book a dive, which were were able to do later the same week. Brian send us clear instructions and a GPS pin on where to meet (a very convenient secret parking lot with easy beach access). He gave my wife, our 9 year old son, and I a quick class on the shore, and before we knew it we were underwater, staring at turtles, on a perfect Maui spring day. Brian was great (be sure to ask to see his art), the whole system was smooth and easy and we are super glad we added it to our vacation. Our 9 year old took to it like he was a fish. The only problem is that SNUBA has probably ruined snorkeling for our family. Highly recommended!

My family and I had a great time snuba diving with Brian. He was a fantastic teacher, guide and host. My boys (9 & 12) were quite nervous leading up to it, but Brian made them very comfortable and by the time we got into the water, zero nerves. They got right after it. I made a last minute trip to see my mermaid granddaughter on Maui for Valentines Day and a Snuba experience was recommended as a must-do. The first calls I made didnt commit to a guided experience unless we joined a group. I finally found Shoreline Snuba and they offered us a privately guided experience in multiple locations based on best conditions of the day. I will wholeheartedly recommend this experience to any and everyone looking for a memorable and magical moment that is ultimately life inspiring! We did a private snuba tour with our 7 year-old and Brian as our guide. It was the best experience we've had to date! We've done snuba in Mexico, Grand Cayman, and the Bahamas, but this was by far the best experience. Brian was outstanding and our 7 year-old did outstanding with his assistance. We plan to do it every year that we return!

What a fantastic experience we had with Brian as our instructor. I was a nervous participant, having no experience with snuba, and very limited exposure to snorkeling or navigating shoreline reefs. Brians instructional technique put me instantly at ease, explaining the equipment and the purpose of each piece. Having that background understanding eased my nerves and set me up for a successful experience. Once we entered the water, Brian gave support and guidance as needed. It a short time, I learned how to move in the water more efficiently, how to navigate my depth so I could move through the reef and see more marine life, and I could problem-solve minor challenges with my mask and regulator. We saw quite a variety of tropical fish, sea urchins, and sea turtles, all while listening to humpback whales singing. It was amazing. I am not a young person any more, nor am I in peak physical condition, so all of the steps Brian took before and during the dive made accessing this magical underwater environment possible. His knowledge and enthusiasm for diving made the experience unforgettable.

Brian was great! This was a truly amazing experience, you won't regret it! We found snuba diving because we didn't want to spend hours in training, we just wanted to get into the water. Well with snuba you only need about 15 minutes of instructions and you are good to see the magic under water! The beautiful fish that are right below your feet are amazingly colorful! We even got to see 2 Sea turtles! You never know what you will see as each drive is different.

Brian is the best. This was my first dive, and Brian has a way of putting everyone at ease with the whole process. He gives a nice, simple and calming primer on what will happen and lets us know not only that we are in control, but also that he will be there to help us out if needed. The rest was wonderment and enjoyment of the exuberance of the beautiful reef life. And we were lucky to see many fish, sea turtles and even a couple of rare Maui monk seals.

Drew was an awesome instructor and guide! We had a nice long dive with tons of turtles. This was our second time SNUBAing with them and it was great both times! He also took lots of photos for us so we could just enjoy the dive and go home with lots of memories!

We absolutely loved our experience with Shorline Snuba Maui. Working with Brian and Drew was so easy and they were very accommodating to our families needs. They provided a very safe and fun experience for our 7 year old at the surface level where he could watch the fish and turtles underwater while staying in a space he was most comfortable in with his own instructor. This allowed for the rest of our family to have the kind of experience we were looking for deeper in the water. We felt very well taken care of and the whole experience was easy and fun. We saw lots of turtles and sea life and would highly recommend this experience for anyone looking to take snorkeling to the next level! So worth it!

I called Shoreline Snuba with the expectation that they would tell me snuba diving would not work for me due to the fact that I'm disabled and have mobility limitations. After explaining what I am and am not able to do, Brian said that he had experience working with people with mobility-related impairments and that we could give it a try. I was a little nervous, since this would be my second time in the ocean (the first time was the day before). However, Brian helped me to feel at ease by emphasizing that I could change my mind if I didn't feel comfortable. He also carefully explained everything and made sure we knew what to do. Brian went above and beyond to make snuba diving possible for me, including working with my husband and me to figure out the best way for me to get into the water. (We rented a beach wheelchair that floats from Gammie HomeCare). In addition to helping me during our snuba dive, he managed to get some great underwater photos of us. We had a truly amazing and memorable experience snuba diving with Brian! I wholeheartedly recommend it and can't wait to do it again!

Great experience, much better than snorkeling and very accessible compared to scuba diving. Our guide, Drew, showed us the ropes and made sure our experience was safe and fun. Would highly suggest booking with these guys, they are competent and will insure you have a great time!

Brian was our Snuba Instructor. My husband and I were both totally new, we hadn't even snorkeled yet, and i'm a little fearful of deep waters. We felt super comfortable with Brian. He patiently and thoroughly explained everything from safety to how to do it. He helped us every step of the way. He's also a very sweet guy. We loved snorkeling so much we did it again later in the week on a boat excursion we already had booked. It was way better with Brian, off the shoreline! He also took photos for us which are awesome keepsakes to have. It was an amazing experience. He was our favorite guide our whole trip & this was one of our favorite experiences. Also price wise the company is very well priced from what i looked into.

We had the best time on this Snuba tour with Brian. We had been in Maui for 8 days and did everything from helicopters to parasailing to boat adventures but this was our favorite!

Brian was fantastic! As a diver, wasnt sure what to expect with SNUBA - it was really awesome! Brian is fun, friendly and informative. He gave us a quick 15 minute tutorial and then had us test it all out in shallow water before taking us on a fantastic journey through the reef! And he takes great pictures too! This experience was so awesome. Drew was a great guide and extremely attentive to everyone in our party. Two of us had already snorkeled before, so we were able to really enjoy ourselves while Drew was helping out our other party member get adjusted. I really recommend this over the boat excursions that offer Snuba. Youll be in the water a lot longer and see waaaay more fish than just going to Molokini. We had such a great time that we scheduled another Snuba time for two days from now.

Drew and his uncle have been running this family-owned operation for over 30 years. These guys arent just guides -- theyre some of the best, most genuine people youll ever meet. They take you at your pace from start to finish and end up as good friends. The dive itself? Unbelievable. Sharing our incredible experience from 8/28/2024- Brian is so awesome (we know Drew is too even though we only saw him in action). Brian was our instructor and we can not stop talking about how easy, accessible, and mind blowing this experience was. If you ever were curious about scuba diving and wanted the low commitment of snorkeling- this is it. Snuba is it baby! Brian ensured the day before we went to a part of the island where we had incredible visibility, walked us through the easiest way to get set up, practiced in the shallow end, and off we went. Doing this as a couple with an instructor versus hopping in a boat with 20-50 people was incredible. Plus the low cost and high reward is such a freakin gem. Do not sleep on these guys while on Maui. If you and your partner/friend are looking for a special experience getting into the ocean looking at the incredible underwater landscape and marine life in Maui- go check out Snuba with Brian. This is our first time snubbing Brian gave us step-by-step instructions on what to do we were super nervous walking into this, and then he made us feel so comfortable towards the end of the instruction. You can definitely tell he loves His job and he definitely gave us one of the best experiences of a lifetime we will definitely come back to experience this again and I hope that everyone else gets to experience this with Brian we now have a friend in Maui.

Brain was amazing.... 1 on 1 took the time to make sure I was comfortable before we headed out. Amazing personable dive buddy. If you get the opportunity to do a 1 on 1 definitely do so!!! We went on a snuba tour with Brian and it was an amazing experience. Before going out, he made sure we were both comfortable and very familiar with the equipment and did a test in the shallows. He was very communicative, friendly, and once we got in the water, the spot was full of fish, turtles, and even a crab. Of course, you may see something different, but I will certainly come again!

My family and I had an amazing excursion with Shoreline Snuba Maui. Our guide Brian was terrific all the way throughout the process. From scheduling/planning, through the equipment and safety training, the dive itself, and post dive chat to discuss what we saw, Brian could not have been more professional, personable, or knowledgeable. We had done a snuba excursion earlier in the week with one of the boat tours, but being able to go in right from the shoreline was a really efficient use of time, and the dive itself was fantastic with lots to see. Would highly recommend them.

This was a great trip and well worth it. He was great to point out turtles , eels, and a sting ray. I thought it was better than snorkeling off of the boats by far. I will be definitely referring him out to others coming to maui

My husband and I did snuba for our honeymoon in Maui and we cannot rave about it enough! Brian was our guide and he was phenomenal! While guiding us and making sure were all good he was taking great pictures for us so that we can enjoy this as a memory captured in time. Fantastic time. I went Snuba diving for the first time with my 13-year-old grandson. It was great fun. Our guide, Drew, did an excellent job preparing us for the adventure. Of all the events we experienced in Hawaii, our Snuba dive is our favorite by far.

By the time we were bidding Drew goodbye, we felt so bonded with him, after such an unforgettable experience, that we've encouraged him to come visit us when/if he ever finds himself in Oregon. We loved our snuba experience in west Maui! Drew was a phenomenal guide. Before we went out to the water, he gave us a very thorough onboarding of how to use the snuba gear and optimize our diving experience. We were a little nervous and had a tough time getting the breathing down at first, but he was so encouraging and let us go at our own pace. We got the breathing down within 5 min then had the best dive ever! We saw sea turtles, eels, and lots of fish. Weve been snorkeling many times, but snuba definitely trumps all. We are very appreciative that Drew brought his camera & took pictures of us and the sea life that we saw. We highly recommend snuba and this company!

Brian was a great snuba guide. Walked us through everything fairly quickly and had lots of jokes and a made a fun atmosphere. We were fortunate enough to see about 15 - 20 turtles during our dive. Brian was very good about pointing out everything he could see as well as checking on on every member of our group to make sure everyone was still doing good. 100% recommend to anyone wanting to take the next step beyond snorkeling.

Snuba with Brian was awesome! Brian paid special attention to our son and ensured he had a great experience. The photos he shared of the dive were an unexpected bonus, and the Kaanapali location was perfect - lots of reef life and a couple of turtles.

What an experience! Our guide Brian was exceptional! He calmed the nerves of our group on land, as well as in the water! The clarity of the water was astounding and the variety of fish seen made us feel as we were in an aquarium! Would do this again in a heartbeat!

I am so glad that a friend recommended looking into Snuba! It was the highlight of our vacation for all 5 of us. Kids 11, 13, 15. If you love snorkeling then you HAVE to try this out. I cannot say enough good about Brian and Drew and our SNUBA experience, but Ill give it a shot. My husband and 3 sons, ages 19, 17 and 12, have done Snuba before and all agree this blew the doors off the other experience. Brian and Drew made sure we were prepared and comfortable before going deep and were super chill which made it great. We saw some beautiful coral reefs, fish, 10 turtles and listened to some whales. Hands down this is one of the coolest things to do on Maui and Shoreline Snuba Maui is the way to go! We will definitely be repeat customers!!!

One of the best adventures our family has ever experienced. Highly recommend for 12 and 16-year-olds too! Diver Brian was one of the most engaging teachers weve ever met. His 30 years experience and his fun demeanor made everyone feel at ease. The kids had a blast and the older dudes enjoyed it too. They saw the biggest turtle ever and did not want it to end. Our instructor Brian was amazing. We had our 11 year old daughter with us and she felt so comfortable with him she gave him a hug at the end of the activity which is uncommon for her. We heard whales, saw turtles, and colorful fish. It was a great time and the 2nd most memorable moment my wife has ever experienced.

We had an amazing time with Snuba. I have a deep fear of drowning from my childhood and our guide helped me feel comfortable in the water. He stayed with me and held my hand the entire time. We will definitely be back for snuba in a future trip.

We had the absolute best experience with Shoreline Snuba!!! Brought my not adventurous wife and my son 11 and daughter 13 and thet all crushed it! The instruction and care we received from Brian and Drew made us all feel safe and taken care of and it was so easy and mellow and fun. Most of all, we saw amazing undersea wildlife. 8 giant turtles and many tropical fish and sea urchin. My daughter swore she saw an octopus as well. I also liked that there is no boat involved so the time is all about the dive and not a hot boat ride to a crowded dive site. The dive site right off the beach was excellent! I highly recommend this excursion on your visit to Maui.

Snuba with Brian and Drew was amazing! We brought our four boys ages 8-12 - which have varying interests and skills among them and they all had a blast. My most hesitant was able to lie in the raft and put his head in, while my most adventurous son was under the water closer to the coral the entire time. Amazing and memorable family time! Drew and Brian are great. The reef was amazing. Was my sons first time breathing underwater and they really made him comfortable. Hands down our favorite excursion we have ever done on Maui! This was our second time with Brian and he made the entire experience so great both times. He is incredibly patient and takes the time to make sure you are comfortable with everything before beginning the dive. Once under the water he makes sure to point out any and all fish, turtles, etc and takes tons of pictures (which were provided at no extra cost). He also checks in regularly to make sure were okay. This time we had to reschedule due to the weather and the morning of the dive we were worried we still wouldnt be able to go due to the surf. But Brian went ABOVE AND BEYOND. He knew how excited I was about going and drove out to 4 different sites to find the right place to make it happen! I highly recommend Shoreline Snuba and cant wait until we can have a chance to get back out there!

What an incredible experience. My daughter and I have both scuba dived before, but my husband, who is not a good swimmer, never had and was a bit intimidated. But Brian and his associate were awesome in giving us detailed, yet simple instructions, reassured us all along the way ( from suiting up to helping us under water). We saw lots of turtles , and numerous kinds of fish up close and personal. No question, we will treasure these memories for a lifetime. Can't wait to go again. If you like snorkeling but carrying a tank and all the additional equipment and certification is too much for you, I can not recommend this activity enough!

Believe all of the 5 star reviews!! This was an amazing experience. The unexpected bonus was that we could hear the whales singing throughout our dive. Brian was fantastic. This company won my loyalty two years ago when they postponed our dive daily for 5 days and ultimately cancelled because the visibility was poor due to previous rain. They truly want you to have a wonderful dive and they are willing to lose money to ensure that it happens. I cant recommend this experience enough and we will 100% do it again the next time we are in Maui.

We had an amazing time. One of my sons had done this around 8 years ago and had not stopped talking about doing it again so we finally got a chance to do it. My other son was also able to go this time and was super excited as he was too young last time. Andrew was great to communicate with and very responsive with any questions we had ahead of time as well. We were worried it would be too murky but it ended up being great! They communicated the day before and kept us constantly updated. Once we arrived Andrew was right there to meet us and we started right away. Super friendly and very considerate to anyones needs. Andrew was a great guide and pointed out all the amazing things under water and we saw so many things, including a huge barracuda! Not gonna lie, I had a lot of anxiety just thinking about being in the ocean under water. I am not a swimmer, but you dont need to be. My husband and I had such a wonderful time. Brian is an amazing instructor and took us newbies and made us feel like pros . I was so worried because my husband isnt a strong swimmer and has only been snorkeling once well he had absolutely no issues he got in that water and couldnt wait to be under there breathing!
